Payments on services and treatments in our shop are non-refundable. Your happiness and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at support@intuitivetouchdayspa.com or call us at 315-525-9900 and we will be more than happy to help.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and team is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Gift Cards

Intuitive Touch gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.


We provide a full refund or store credit on new and unopened products within 14 days of purchase in our local shop or within 14 days of receipt from our website.


By Mail

If you are not satisfied with your unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt, please send us an e-mail at support@intuitivetouchdayspa.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to return. We will process your return and send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the return item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

To Our Spa Location

Please bring your unused and unopened product to our spa at 42 Forts Ferry Road in Latham NY within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to issue you a full refund or store credit.
